Why families choose us

Transportation built around medical care

We specialize in scheduled, non-emergency trips: dialysis, physical therapy, specialist visits, discharges, and recurring treatment plans.

Wheelchair & mobility ready

Ramp-equipped vans, securement systems, walker and oxygen accommodation, and door-through-door assistance.

Trained, screened drivers

Background-checked drivers with defensive driving, passenger assistance, CPR, and first aid training.

Appointment-focused timing

We schedule around your appointment time, not ours, and build in buffer for check-in and paperwork.

Respect first

Veteran-owned and veteran-staffed. Every passenger is greeted by name and treated with dignity.

How it works

Three steps from request to ride

  1. 01

    Submit a ride request

Share requester and passenger details, pickup and destination, appointment time, and mobility needs.

  2. 02

We confirm by phone or email

Dispatch verifies availability, payment or authorization, and sends a written confirmation.

  3. 03

    Your driver arrives early

We arrive ahead of the pickup window, assist with boarding, and stay in contact with your care team.

Please note: submitting a ride request does not confirm your ride. A Veterans Transit team member must confirm the trip before it is scheduled.

In their words

Trusted by veterans, families, and care teams

They were early, patient, and got my father into the clinic without a single problem. That is all I wanted.

Denise R.Daughter and caregiver

The driver knew how to secure my chair correctly. That has not always been my experience elsewhere.

Marcus T.Army veteran

Our discharge planning got easier once we had a transportation partner who actually calls us back.
